Living with a family is a great way to experience life in Britain and to put into practice the language skills picked up in class.
You can choose to live with a UK family with Homestay or self-catered accommodation in a home.
Homestay - The cost is fixed so you do not have to worry about unexpected bills and your meals are included.
Self-catered accommodation in a home - This accommodation is similar to Homestay but you will have to prepare your own meals.
We ask that students keep their room clean and tidy and respect the family's way of life. Bookings are for a minimum of 1 month.
The College will arrange either Homestay or self-catered accommodation for you and all our providers are inspected regularly by our Accommodation Officer in line with the British Council code of practice.
Please note that a family may not always consist of two parents with children. Some of our Homestay providers are single people or an older couple whose children are grown up.
If you would like more information or to ask the College to arrange self-catered or Homestay accommodation for you, contact Natalia Mulley by clicking here and ask for a Homestay Application Pack.
