Cardiff, which has been voted as a top 10 destination by National Geograpic magazine, is a vibrant and cosmopolitan place to live and has everything you would expect of a capital city, and more. Cardiff Castle, right in the heart of the city centre, has a history stretching over 2000 years. Five minutes' walk from the castle, you will find the Millennium Stadium where you can watch national and international rugby and football matches as well as a variety of music concerts. As well as bars, restaurants, theatres and parks, Cardiff also offers a fabulous shopping experience.  A short bus ride away from the city centre is the very beautiful coastal countryside of the Vale of Glamorgan, with its sandy beaches and rolling landscapes.  There is something for everyone here.
